Fair Resort Development and Fair Companies, wholly owned by John Fair, is a fully integrated real estate development company focused on resort development in Mexico and the Caribbean.

Fair Resort Development and Fair Companies has approximately 25 core employees providing expertise in development, construction, sales and marketing and project finance and accounting. Fair Companies has expertise in acquisitions and redevelopment of existing properties as well as "Greenfield" development. We only develop for our own account and our investors include private individuals and institutions.

John Fair started his own development business in 1986 at the age of 27. Since 1986 John as developed thousands of acres of residential, commercial and industrial land and has built more than 1000 residential units. His development experience has been in Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Mexico and the Caribbean.

In 1999 John started focusing on offshore resort development starting with a creation and development of the spectacular Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
