John G. Fair

President and CEO

John Fair has owned his own real estate development business since 1986 and currently manages a $300 million investment and development portfolio in Colorado, Utah, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Mr. Fair is known for his creative and opportunistic practices in a wide range of real estate property types that produce consistently high yields and investment returns. His development companies employ 40 people who provide a complete range of real estate investment, development, sales, marketing and construction management expertise to the Company portfolio. Mr. Fair primarily utilizes closely held partnerships and limited liability companies with private and institutional investors to make acquisitions. He has developed and sold more than 1,000 residential units and approximately 5,000 residential lots.

Mr. Fair also oversees a real estate portfolio that includes three thousand residential lots, three million square feet of industrial space, and various commercial and retail land development projects. He was the creator, developer and managing partner of the Esperanza Resort www.esperanzaresort.com in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and is the managing partner of Grace Bay Club www.gracebayclub.com in Providenciales, Turks &Caicos Islands, founding principal of Meritage Resorts and partner and President of Paraiso del Mar in La Paz, Mexico.

Mr. Fair and his affiliated companies belong to: ULI, NAIOP, SCIOR and the University of Colorado Real Estate Council.

Mr. Fair graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of Colorado. He resides in Vail, Colorado with his two sons.

Jason M. Mitchell

Financial Controller

Mr. Mitchell is a CPA, who graduated cum laude with a BA degree in Business from the University of Colorado. Mr. Mitchell joined the company in May of 1999 as Controller and has advanced into the Chief Financial Officer position. Mr. Mitchell oversees all of the company's accounting and finance in four separate locations in three countries and directly oversees accounting and reporting for more than a dozen real estate and hotel businesses on a day-to-day basis.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Mitchell worked for three years in the public accounting sector with Arthur Andersen where he was quickly promoted to senior status. His client base included various real estate development companies that provided him a broad exposure to this industry and its accounting issues and strategies.

Mr. Mitchell is a licensed Realtor in the State of California.

Carol Uhl Barber

Sales Associate

Ms. Barber is one of the owners of Re/Max Paraiso del Mar and is presently an active sales person for the Paraiso del Mar development. Carol was the Broker for Re/Max Paraiso del Mar in La Paz, Mexico and Sales Director from January through the successful launch of Paraiso del Mar in July 2004. She has an active real estate Brokers license in Las Vegas as well as in Colorado. Carol is the Managing Broker and Co-Owner of Centurion Real Estate & Investment Company founded 1991. Her experience in real estate started at Coldwell Banker two years earlier where she successfully specialized in high-end residential land and home sales in the Colorado market. Carol Barber opened the residential department in 1980 at Centurion and quickly broadened her business to include brokering large residential land acquisitions and developing on-site new home marketing programs as well as commercial development of her own. She is an owner and co founder of three restaurants in Las Vegas Nevada, Zaba's Mexican Grill. Carol has brokered more than $100,000,000 in real estate sales and development A list of loyal clients includes D.R. Horton, Pulte, Fair Enterprises, Graham Properties, Alberta Development, Pro Trust, Alliance Commercial Partners, and many more builders and developers too numerous to mention.

Carol Barber is a member of several professional boards among them, NAR, GLVAR, DMCAR, SMDRA. Along with Carol's college degree from University of Colorado at Denver and real estate brokerage licenses in several states, Carol obtained her GRI designation furthering her education and credentials. She serves on the University of Colorado Foundation Real Estate Committee as a volunteer. After a four-year term on the University of Colorado at Denver Alumni Board she was elected President of the Board. Carol's civic activities include serving on many fundraising boards and committees for scholarships and volunteering for Meals and Wheels as well many philanthropic activities.
